Garden season is almost here, which means we must start thinking about preserving that bounty too. The past two years canning supplies have been in high demand. Luckily, during this early time most people are not yet thinking about canning. So supplies are still readily avail to stock up on.
Now is the time to pull out your cookbook and supplies. Check your inventory. Go over your most used recipes. If you do need a few things, simply add one or two items to the weekly shopping and it won’t break the bank. Watch for sales. Stock enough supplies to make your recipes – in the amount you usually can each year.
You will up and ready to can as soon as your harvest is ready! Not scrambling to every story in the county trying to find lids, or sugar…
